With proven results will be helping all agents, whether new to the business or experienced, a situational, accountability coaching program to help agents grow their businesses to their definition of Success. Consulting for Brokerages is also available to help cultivate and grow agents which magnifies retention and assists with Recruiting Talent. Terrie Hoyle initially began her real estate career in 1988 and became licensed in the state of Ohio and then in 1999 went on to be a licensed Broker in Florida. Currently maintaining both Licenses. In her 36 years of business, she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to the world of real estate. Through the years, her real estate sales have included residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land & lots as well as investment properties. Some of her most memorable and notable sales include a golf course, a marina, a vocational high school, and a U.S. Virgin Island. She also has an interesting twist to her
fantastic mix of skills in her toolbox as an auctioneer having sold thousands of properties using the auction method.


She believes in giving back to her community and has been very active with numerous committees and non-profit organizations.


She is recognized for her valuable work as a past President for the Women's Council of Realtors and the PGPCNP Network. Terrie is also a Graduate of The Leadership Academy.
Over the years, Terrie grew to find that she gravitated towards helping other people learn the skills they needed and very much enjoyed teaching others and in 2015 joined a Major Brand . In this role, she assisted over 1,200 agents in Florida plus additionally certified managers in the company regions of Michigan, Ohio, Florida, and the USVI for both their Coldwell Banker brand and Century 21 brand.


She is proud to be affiliated with the renowned S.T.A.R training program, which stands for Specialized Trainers Achieving Results, and is one of their original 12 trainers for the Coldwell Banker Brand. She utilized this method to train the company's managers to be certified real
estate coaches. Who are committed to developing, cultivating, and growing their agents which magnifies retention and assists with recruiting talent.
